Yeah. At the standard price, we have to limit real time analysis to the first 5 minutes of a call. This is because as the call length and history grows, the processing required also grows exponentially. Of course, if you require more than 5 minutes of analysis (very unusual, as most scam calls can be identified in the first few seconds), we can customize our solution for you.

In an effort to make our service as affordable as possible, we've decided to separate the cost of certain features from the standard price. Compared to the cost of the main service, these fees will be negligible; however, for a comprehensive and completely accurate quote, please contact our excellent team of sales representatives.

There are 3 methods via which the end user can be notified that the call they're on is a scam:

1. Push notification via the carrier's app
2. SMS message to the end user's phone
3. Audio warning over the line

We recommend the carrier allow the end user to configure their notification method. In case of the rare false positive, we provide the ability for end users to record a 'secret message' audio warning in their own voice so that other call participants aren't spooked.
